This exciting annual event has the honour of being the largest of its kind in British Columbia. Amateur, expert and recreational volleyball players are invited to join the games, which are capped off with tonnes of prizes and giveaways.

This annual competition is over a decade old, and brings together mountain bike enthusiasts each May. The fast and technically advanced bikers wheel over cross-country terrain at Englishman River Falls Provincial Park. Sponsored by the Arrowsmith Mountain Bike Club.

This annual event involves swimming, biking and running through spectacular west coast scenery. The athleticism may seem intimidating, but the organizers insist this is a great event for first-timers and experienced athletes. Team and individual competitors are welcome. There is even a special division for children.
